MatriX-JS is a XMPP client library for Javascript. MatriX JS runs in all modern web browsers.

Matrix.js is build with TypeScript. The software design is very similar to our popular MatriX .NET XMPP SDK. TypeScript allows us to port lots of existing source code, logic and patterns from c#.

Currently BOSH and websockets are supported as transport layers. Node.js support with sockets is coming later.
